Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all full-size products. If you’re unhappy with a product for any reason, please feel free to initiate a return by sending us an email at: fleurissentcare@fleurissent.com
If you've ordered a Skincare Set, Kit, or Bundle, or received the gift you will need to return all of the products included in the Set, Kit, or Bundle and gift in order to receive a refund. Partial refunds or returns are not eligible for a return.
Any products that are less than half full, tampered, and filled with other substances are not refundable.
Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage—dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandled, etc.—are not refundable.
Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund. Only products from fleurissent.com are eligible for a refund.

The buyer must ensure that all returns are received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being sent via email. otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label. Any Fleurissent Rewards points associated with returned items will be deducted from your points total and will no longer be available for redemption.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.
International Returns
We do not accept international returns.
